Been a lingo subscriber for over 2 years now. The only problem I’ve ever had was when I first signed up. I called tech support and was able to speak to someone pretty quickly. The guy helped me fixed my glitch with ease. These other reviewers must have been unlucky. I called another time and also was able to get help in less then 5 minutes. As for the quality of the phone, it is what I expected. I replaced my qwest phone and now pay less then half of what I used to. It works better then my old qwest line and has a ton more features. I’m very happy with my lingo service.

I have to agree with the other reviews posted on this site. The phone quality is great, features are nice, price is good, but the customer service is TERRIBLE. I forgot my voicemail pin and spent almost an hour on the phone because the dummy in India couldn’t understand I thing I was saying. I finally just gave up!

Signed up for lingo over a year ago on the chatter box plan and love it. We have a home business where we make several calls a day to different countries in Europe to check on the tracking status of packages we send there. It’s great to be able to call for free. I think Lingo makes the best choice if you are going to be spending a lot of time on the phone with people in any of the countries allowed in the chatter box plan. The phone quality is rock solid and I love the full line of features. NO PROBLEMS!!
